“First purchase hesitated but did it. Couldn’t resist buying husband the shirt. Surprised that order came within time. Great purchase. Great communication. Placed 2nd order of more shirts. Downfall delivery does take longer but worth the wait.”

“My most recent order from Lightinthebox has not yet been received by me. The shipping company used by Lightinthebox has closed down and gone into receivership and are no longer contactable. I have emailed Lightinthebox several times detailing the order number and requesting their help but the only response I get is repeatedly explain the problem and advise on how to track my order.It is obvious their customer service team are not reading my emails properly and have no desire to sort the issue out. I will not be placing any further orders as their customer service is a joke.”

“I'm not one who usually buys clothes offshore but I thought it time to 'test the water'. First impressions a vast selection of items, possibly too vast, but designs good to the eye at fair prices. So I placed an order for both myself and wife. We weren't disappointed, not too long between ordering and receipt, sizes bang on, quality good, colours/design just as per the site. Very pleased, so I've already reordered and likely to do so again in the future.”

“Light in the Box are a excellent company to purchase items from, in my case ladies wigs, the wigs purchased so far are absolutely gorgeous and I am very pleased with them, they are a good price, the shipping costs are very good and all items are shipped fairly quick. Their website is excellent, it is really easy to use and navigate and they have a superb range of products especially wigs, they also have several payment options available, will definitely be purchasing more wigs from them very soon.
