I was concerned as my tracking number was not recognised and I couldn’t trace the items purchased. I emailed the customer service team who went out of their way to trace my goods. Although the items took a little longer then expected the customer service team were polite and thorough and traced the parcel. I purchased 5 children’s t-shirts / sweatshirts and I am very happy with every one. Good quality and unique design. I will definitely buy from this company again. Thank you
