On the 21st of November I placed an order for some Christmas lights processing time was 3-5 days and also delivery was 4-7 days this makes it up to 12 working days it’s now the 7th of December and still no sign.
I emailed customer service saying that my items were dispatched on the 2nd of December and my tracking number was not working. I honestly don’t know if these items will Actually arrive before this Christmas not happy at all. Don’t know when they will
Arrive in the U.K. or anything.
