unfortunately the shipping sucks. I placed an order in Tue last week of November and on the 6th of December I finally got a tracking number that is completely useless. All it says is a shipping label was created in New York when I track it . It is now the 20 th of December and it still says the same thing no change after 2 full weeks of the label being created. It says on the app all packages will be shipped 5 to 7 days it does not say that it is going to take 3+ weeks to receive them
