I ordered a cycling jacket price £19.00. After nearly 3 weeks I had notification from the PO that the parcel needed an extra £11.67 in excess duty to pay before it could be delivered. This 58% custom charge is certainly not made clear on the website. The customer service team refunded the custom charge.
