I really can't fault the service, having had an issue with one of the first products ordered it was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Obviously if you buy locally you can easily see, try and return products quickly, but here also everything is in place to make the online service as good as it can be, you just have to wait for delivery.
Photos, reviews and descriptions are good, as is the customer service.
The estimated delivery dates are realistic and parcel tracking is also available and works.
