If I could I would put zero, but to be fair I did receive the dress that doesn't fit, doesn't look anything like the sophisticated pattern and colouring of the photo and is tacky. There wasn't a confirmation email, no slip inside for returns and nothing on the bag either. You cannot get in contact with the company without logging in and I would imagine that would require an id number/customer number.
THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
