I ordered size 2XL meditation pants. They arrived in the UK with the label stating 2XL however when put on they are the equivalent of a UK medium.
As for customer service, when after receiving about 60 automated response emails from them within a 24 hour period, I finally got an email stating that they are based on chinese patterns so selecting 2XL would not work as i need to go into the sizing guide which details the length etc.
That may be a fair point however the response is the equivalent of saying you should have read line 84 on page 221 of the terms and conditions.
What is the point of selling to the western world when they can't align to the western market standards. Know your market. Look after your customer. Simple.
I should have stopped when during the ordering process, the system asked me if i want to insure because of import duties and process. That was the warning i didn't listen to. The business should sort that and not try and dump the risk on the customer. Very arrogant company. Don't use!!!
