APPALLING - deceitful scam of a company.
Idea: Order items that look lovely in the pics and are uk seller & stock.
Reality: cheap substandard tat from China.
Scam: they offer you 50% off - which you refuse as its tat. They insist on tracked return to China (costs c. £50) to get refund.
You’re stuck & they have your money !
