I feel the same way as all the other customers who gave this company 1 star. If I could give it none, it would be a deserving rating.
No Customer Service :
There is no real customer service. They have no email contact address. The resolve & close ticket issues without explanation. (Hence why I labeled that they get back to me in under an hour. Not because they have a great customer service team, but that they just close it to avoid dealing with it, I guess. After one email, their supervisor Selena just ignored my tickets.
They are dishonest:
They cheat customs!! I'd upload a picture but my personal details are on the shipping label. Let's just say that they don't list all the items which a clear violation of any custom laws. So not only do they sell lies, cheap & poorly made products & overprice the items, but they also weasel their way around the truth maybe so they can save some money.
Quality of products is so poor:
There products are cheaply made knock offs of the images they use on their site to advertise. I've attached a few photos of how see through the clothes are. And the fabric is trash!!!!
Their Courier Vnlin:
If I had enough time, I can go on & on about the courier, Vnlin who they use for international shipping, who are just as incompetent, if not more, as Lightinthebox.
Summary:
I am strongly warning everyone to stay away from shopping with this website and please please please spread the word to everyone you know. I am bracing myself now because I have items I am returning.
