Absolutely shocking, 2 months since my order and still no sign of my package, it's supposedly been in my country for the last 6 weeks and yet it hasn't been delivered so it's clearly been lost. I have asked for a refund on numerous occasions and nothing has been received. I keep getting the same standard answers when i open a ticket on their customer service page and they close the ticket as soon as they respond despite the issue not being resolved. I will not be using these ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.
