Received 2 wigs from Light in the box, which looked nothing like the wigs that were advertised, one actually looked as though it was already worn. There were no tags on either of them. I couldn't use either of them so on the day they arrived, asked for a refund:
1. they sent approximately 9/10 emails asking for photographs, then said they wanted photographs that showed the entire wig, then continued to suggest additional photographs. (stalling tactic)
2. next they offered me 20% of $53.00 and I needed to return the wigs.
3. Long story short - after contacting my card processor to fight the case for me, I returned the wigs - all the way to China (had to photograph the post office custom forms and receipt) which cost me $27.00. They DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPMENT.
4. Lost $27.00, but one my case for the refund & learned a good lesson. NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! unless you have $$ to kiss goodbye.
