I ordered a handbag for my daughter's wedding but when it arrived I was extremely annoyed and angry to find that someone had slashed the bag halfway across the front with a sharp knife - malicious damage. I've no idea who did this!! I tried to return it but you have to upload a photo of the damaged item which I wasn't able to do. I've sent numerous emails to complain which have all been ignored. I'm totally disgusted with this company and I'll never use them again.
