My return parcel has arrived in China for nearly a month with China custom, the post office has asked a few times to call the receipt to contact China custom due to the delivery ia being held by them....i have contacted company's customer service for more than 5 times, just nobody reply me saying how to solve this issue, I guess they just don't want to refund me as their promise...very disappointed their service....never suggest anybody to buy their any products....waste of time waste of money
