Company took 2 months to send me the wrong product, and when I asked for a refund they said they will only issue a refund if I ship it back to China and cover return shipping costs. I'd gladly ship it back if they prepaid the shipping, but I'm not going to pay shipping for their mistake. I've looked into the company now and see this is a pattern for them. Terrible customer service. They clearly don't care about retaining customers at all.
