I bought shoes for my daughter's Christmas gift.
I paid extra shipping $24 shipping fee + $20 customs duty.
The product arrives poorly packaged, the box was damaged, the smell of shoes like freshly color sprayed toxic order. The size was too small than indicated. I try to return it, but they don't offer me a shipping label, but offered me a 30% refund.
I'd like to have a full refund.
