They sent me the colour wig (a black and blue one ) I ordered for my daughter. When I complained, they tried to tell me I had ordered the one they sent, but that I could return it to China at my own expense. They even sent me a picture of the wrong one , with green pen arrows pointing to it (as though I had ordered by mistake) which meant nothing, as I had the correct one on my purchase details (a brown and blonde one) and had screen shotted it. (see enclosed photos) Didnt hear off them again. Now I realize, I am not every going to get a refund, and they have no intention of sending me out a new one. Be very careful
