Ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas and was expecting it yesterday.. received a text from DHL to say they were delivering it .. no issues
Didn’t arrive and when I chased it though DHL told me that LightInTheBox recalled the package
In contacting “customer services” I was advised it won’t arrive for 2 weeks because of the pandemic .. what the pandemic has to do with this I have no idea the package was out for delivery before they pulled the parcel.. cost me an extra £16.65 for quick delivery.. they offered me €10 as way of an apology
They have now closed my customer service enquiry so I have no way to speak to anyone
