Ordered a pair of shoes when they arrived they are not The size they say, tried to return was told had to return to China at my expense even though they came from Birmingham was then offered a partial refund of 10% if I kept the shoes ( only option as returning was nearly as much as the shoes) they sent a link to get my refund but it’s useless
I think the idea is that you get so fed up with trying to get your money back that you give up
Will NEVER use you company again and recommend to others that they avoid you
