Ordered a dress that was available and then I did not like it. After a load of back and forth, they said I would need to pay myself to ship it all back which I was prepared to do. Then a week later, they said I couldn't return it and I would only receive a 20% refund for the item. Absolute rubbish! Don't shop with them. They do not satisfy customer expectations.
