I ordered a shirt. It took a long time to receive and I found out it came from China. It was too large and I asked to exchange it. They said they don't have a warehouse in the US and that I was responsible for paying for shipping to return it to China! The following is what they offered: We would like to propose the following offers:
a) Keep the item and receive a reward of 20% of the product's value.
b) Keep the item with a refund of 10% of the product's value.
c) Return the item back for a refund. (this option is only for RETURNABLE items)
Please note you will be responsible for return postage.
