I purchased some Christmas presents online from “light in the box” on the 15th Dec. They failed to deliver in time as per their T&C’s. (with in 5-7 working days)
We have had email exchanged in trying to get a refund, but unfortunately it transpires they are from China and trying to negotiate a refund in return for keeping the product and having a percentage refund. They are advising the refund can take up to 5 weeks.
They have some of the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced and I would strongly recommend NOT to use a company who will happily not follow their own T&C's or resolve a simple refund.🤬🤬🤬🤬
