Ordered Led light bulbs. Received but none worked. Three emails and several photos (of bulbs not working), before they even supplied return address. The returns have to go to China recorded delivery, and they also tell you to lie on the customs declaration. You have to state it is a "gift" rather than returned goods, so you have no protection, and no guarantee the goods will arrive ("oh they got seized by customs - but what did you expect, as you told a lie on the customs declaration, so we didn't receive the goods and won't give a refund..."). As a result unable to return with any certainty and accepted partial refund, and threw the non working lights away. Personally won't use again
