Absolutely appalling customer services. I bought a black jumpsuit. It was very cheap polyester material, badly sewn. It took my seven emails requesting a full refund. On the 7th request I received a reply, stating that it would cost me more to return the item to China so they will offer me 25% of the total. The cost of the item was £45. I declined. They then told me they don't use returns labels any more and I would have to meet the cost of shipping customs labels etc to return. I followed their returns instructions. I used Royal Mail Tracking and sent a photo of the receipt and emailed the tracking number. Customer Service confirmed receipt of my email with this information. Three days later I received an email from customer services agent stating: 'as we have not received a reply within our 10 day period thus case is now closed'. The item was shipped - £16. I still have the tracking receipt number and can see that it is on its way.
I will never buy from Chinese companies again! Light in the Box is an incompetent, unprofessional and disgraceful online company who flood images, but offer poor, unprofessional service.
