Raincoats did not fit--there was not really an option of returning--they agreed to "refund" me half the price of the coats, but it was NOT a refund. It was a credit on my next order. There will be no next order. Although the "chat" customer service rep was a sweet as could be, it did not change the outcome--which was not completely elucidated until the last email. Surprise! :-( No recourse. They do not answer further inquiries.
