I am a new customer to Light in the Box and have made four purchases 3 T-shirts and a pair of jeans. Two of the T-shirts fitted perfectly but one did not. After contacting customer service I was offered a credit to the value of 30% of the value which I accepted.
I have reordered the jeans as the size that arrived did not fit but that was down to me thinking I had a slimmer waist than I actual did 😂😂
The quality and style of the jeans was really good. Can’t wait to receive my new order.
