I'm very happy with the service in general.
The product are good, worth the money.
Delivery is good as well, doesn't take too long even when the items comes from the other side of the world. The tracking works fine, you always know when to expect your parcel.
ANd the customer service is good as well, you always get an answer to your questions.
All in all, I like LightInTheBox a lot :)
