I suspect I am about to experience the same frustration as previous reviewers here. I just received 2 clothing items of very poor quality and nothing like the photos. There are no contact details on the LITB website - no email or phone number. So how can you make a complaint. Wish I'd researched before ordering - I was seduced by the 'sale' prices - as I suspect I'm going to lose my money. This company is clearly a candidate for Rip Off Britain. I might try threatening them with the small claims court - just to see if I get any response.
