I have ordered 2 dresses, one has finally arrived but it’s nothing like the photo on the website! The other has not yet arrived but I’m expecting the same experience. I have requested a full refund - as stated on their website - and they have offered 30% refund which is not acceptable. I will fight this but customers need to know that the company uses very good photographers who manage to make the clothes look really good but the reality is that they are very poor quality for the price charged.
