Return costs for substandard goods are ridiculous as they have to be sent to China at your cost! Quality of the 3 dresses I bought were cheap and nasty and not like the photos at all. Their customer care is poor they offer you 10% refund to keep the tatt as they know it will cost more to send back! If I knew this I would never have ordered with them. Feeling furious
