DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND MOST OF THE JEWERLY AND SANDALS WAS VERY POOR QUALITY AND THE CLOTHING TO SMALL. I DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED TO RETURN SOME OF THE ITEMS...WHICH INCLUDED...CONTACTING THEM TO START A TICKET, TAKING PICTURES OF EVERYTHING OUTSIDE OF THEIR PACKAGES AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE PICTURES OF BOTH SIDES OF EVERY ITEM....ALL IN ALL I PROBABLY SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR IN TOTAL TRYING TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY SAID....Dear customer, Appreciate your efforts in providing the pictures, however we apologize that we are unable to determine the quality issue from the pictures provided. Nonetheless, if you believe that there is a quality issue and have more pictures or a video that can reflect the issue related, we are still able to further assist in providing them to the supplier and negotiate possible solutions.
