I have been using Light in the Box now for several years. At first I was sceptical and I thought I would be scammed and stitched up. How wrong was I. I have made many transactions over the years and I have not been disappointed yet. I have had to send one item back in all this time and that was a coat. There was no messing about and the coat was exchanged with no fuss at all.
Overall very happy with Light in the Box.
