I have received incorrect items and items not fit for purpose. You are now ignoring all emails and refusing to refund me. I have checked online reviews for you and it appears you don't refund people when they return their goods. All in all it appears you are a sham company ripping customers off. I want a 100% refund for the items or will be reporting you to the trading standards in the uk.
