My first order with LITB was seemless and I was kept informed all along about my delivery. When i had a problem with one of the items, the feedback was prompt, professional and above all, very fair. I was able to choose what i wanted to do - refund, exchange, receive creidt etc. Although we are still in mid communication, I have full confidence this will be resolved to my satisfaction.
