In my judgment and dealing with LIGHT IN THE BOX, IT IS A FIVE STAR SERVICE and that their products are first class and good for value ; structure of service ( ie profile or information for ordering, payment and tracking/ delivery, reward system;) as well as their customer service are par excellence.
