Few months ago, I bought a usb c charger in this website. To be honest, I was not satisfied with them at all. Slow parcel, bad quality of charger. However, their report ticket system is wonderful working. They had refunded my money back due to quality of product. They gave me a good experience at customer service. Since the good experience of customer service, I liked to give them another chance, so I made another order in their website. This time, I order a pair of shoes. I must to say, the quality is good, and the speed of parcel has been improved. So, I like to give them 5 stars to encourage them to be better and better. Thumbs up to them!
