Lightinthebox has really helped me when it comes to shopping online. Their customer care has always been swift to attend to any questions I have, such as when delivery sometimes becomes slow, or when my payment sometimes doesn't get confirmed on time. All in all they have always come through and I will surely recommend anyone new to online shopping to try out LightInTheBox. I am very sure LightInTheBox can still make some improvement.
