I ordered several pendant lamps which all arrived swiftly and looked great. Unfortunately one of them was faulty but it only took a single email for the customer service team to send out a replacement and organise the free of charge return.
Sometimes products are faulty, it happens, but the quick no fuss response is why I’m giving them 5 stars.
