Ive given 4 stars due solely to my jellyfish lamp arriving with a continental plug without a UK adaptor. They dont tell you this in their description - but they do in their FAQ's. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Their help desk via phone was a joy - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff - most unusual these days.
