Still rated at 4 stars due to:-
Plug adaptor still not arrived so I phoned their CS again today, this time I was told the adaptor had not been ordered following my earlier phone call even though I was told it had been. This time it WAS ordered, I have received confirmation of this (unlike last time) and the delivery is 3-4 days.
