I ordered rope lights and candles for my husband's 50th birthday party. The rope lights were not working and it was a tight deadline to return and receive new ones. After the courier failing to appear for collection Donna Sloan, Senior Customer Service Advisor, sorted it all out and ensured that we received working lights on time for the party, thank you Donna !
