“⸻ ⭐ 1-Star Review: Repeated Product Failures & No Fair Resolution I purchased the 2m Light-Up Stag Christmas decoration a few years ago, hoping it would be a special part of our family’s festive display. Unfortunately, it has been a source of disappointment and frustration every year. The original stag stopped working after just one season. I contacted Lights4fun and they sent a replacement. But in 2025, the replacement has failed in exactly the same way — after minimal, once-a-year use. This clearly demonstrates a repeated design or manufacturing fault. The emotional impact has been significant: my children have been heartbroken every year when we take the stag out, excited to see it light up, only for it to fail. What should have been a joyful family tradition has turned into repeated disappointment. This is compounded by the fact that we are living in a cost-of-living crisis. My family protects every penny we can, especially around Christmas, when we try to make the season special for our children. Spending money on a decoration that fails twice and provides no meaningful remedy is deeply frustrating and unfair. When I raised this with Lights4fun, I was told the replacement did not come with a new warranty, and therefore they would not offer a refund or replacement. I was offered a discount on a “new, enhanced” 2m stag — a statement that strongly implies the original product had known issues. A discount on a new unit does not resolve the fact that I have already paid for two faulty products, nor does it compensate for the emotional disappointment caused to my children. I have tried patiently and reasonably to resolve this privately. Sharing my experience here is not meant to pressure the company, but to provide an honest account of a product that has failed multiple times and a company that has refused to take responsibility. I am simply asking for a fair resolution — a refund or replacement for a product that has clearly not lasted a reasonable amount of time, particularly given the financial strain on families today. I hope Lights4fun will read this and finally stand behind the products they sell”

“I think that some people have somehow misplaced their cryptocurrency. I would highly suggest against trying to retrieve it online, as you will probably run into a con artist who will take additional money from you while pretending to assist you in getting your lost cryptocurrency back. When I needed to get my bitcoin back after it was taken by crooks, I personally used recoveryhacker101. “Product ordered: Large Harlow Rattan Stag I'm not even sure where to start. We have received our order today and we are absolutely disgusted and appalled by what we found inside the box. As somebody else noted in another review, the product was badly/barely packaged- the box wasn’t sealed shut properly (just a flimsy strip of tape; parts of the product were protruding through the cardboard). Inside, the items were rattling around - no internal packaging to secure the stag; an envelope for fixtures and items had come loose and generally everything in the box looked like it had been crammed in. There was just a leaflet mainly explaining how to plug the thing in but nothing actually instructing on how to put it together. Also, the product is specified on the website as faux-rattan, but on the box you'll see "Harlow Rattan Stag". So imagine buying this from an actual store. That's clearly false advertising. The product is not even remotely reassembling rattan. It's made of some coated wire So all-in-all poor value for money and frankly, a big shameless lie. More on the product. Trying to put everything together I noticed one of the points where you connect the antlers was broken and welded into place with the wire left stripped of protective coat. And this thing is supposed to sit outside during December. The product was clearly used and probably returned by other customers. Also, parts of the product, here and there, were showing signs of rust. Most of the tail didn't have any LED light on, which is totally different to the pictures falsely advertised on their website. All in all it's shocking that in this day and age companies like this still operate in the market, falsely advertising and selling used and repaired products as new at extortionate prices. What kind of monster can premeditate and resell a used product for such an amount and especially at Christmas time? Would you care to explain to children why the reindeer they’ve awaited for weeks has to go back? Shame on you!”
