We bought two products.They were delivered promptly. The first is great. the second had to be returned because the manufacturer provided lights4fun with inconsistent safety information (about external use) on their product advert and instruction manual. Lights4fun responded very well to my concerns - although I am still waiting to check whether they have received the return and given me my refund. Only suggestion to make - that safety info on adverts is cross checked with safety info on instruction leaflets.
