Gave up trying to buy on line - payment wouldn't process. Was irritated to have a reminder that I had not completed my transaction especially as I had subsequently placed the order by phone.\n\nHowever I would say that the two times I have called, the staff have been brilliant, cheerful and helpful especially the lady who used to work at Rudding Park. I could tell too that they were busy.\n\nit was so nice that someone who didn't usually work on sales, picked up the phone with enthusiasm. \n\nI would recommend purchasing by phone certainly but wouldn't bother again trying to purchase on line. Only awarded a" maybe" as a result for the question below..\n\nI like to support local businesses and encourage ways to work together - don't know whether there is any scope for further future mutual benefit?\n\n***\nGeneral Manager\nSwinton Park
