The service is always excellent as are the products. The only thing which stopped me giving 5 stars is that I always have a problem with the online payment. It goes right through to the final security check then somehow cancels itself out. This happens every time and I end up having to pay over the phone - not a problem because the staff are so nice, but I often do my ordering during the evening so its something that has to roll over to the next working day.
