I was new to your website and quite honestly found it difficult to use, to see what I had ordered and then difficult again to add to my order. In fact I had to remove a duplicate entry due to this problem.\n\nin addition I think the product pictures could be improved so that they can be easily expanded for "basic" I.T players like me.\n\nThe products have proved excellent, which is good because I was close to cancelling the lot as unsure from website of what I was going to receive to the extent that I phoned you to qualify.\n\nCould I respectfully suggest that somebody senior with authority to tell your IT crew to change their ways, takes a "mystery shopper look from THIS SIDE.\n\nYou are far from alone in this.
