I was very satisfied with the customer the girl I dealt with was able to advise me of an alternative as you where out of stock what I wanted and advise me of a website to use to order the stuff I need to make my own.Also it was nice to choose something different and have pink tree lights, you are limited in the shops and I like the idea of being able to attach 2/3 sets of lights together and only use one transformer and it was helpful to have friendly advise on how much lighting we need for our 6ft tree
