We buy from Lights4fun quite regularly; over Christmas a much-needed accessory did not arrive but we were very pleased that we were able to phone a real human being with almost no wait, she was extremely helpful and ensured that we had the item in time.\n\nSo mostly excellent although purchases that don't qualify for the courier service do take rather longer to arrive than one might hope.
