Quality Assurance - I recently had to contact Lights4Fun as one of the lanterns I purchased was faulty and that I had to do a DIY fix job on another. Since then a further two lanterns have stopped working and I'm disappointed in their quality. It's no use having excellent customer service and replacing faulty items if the quality of the goods isn't there in the first place!!!
