Having purchased many items in the past from your company, I have always been impressed by your customer service.\nThis order however was not dealt with in the same way as on previous occasions. \nThe female who took my order was short, sharp almost to the point of rudeness. Not a very customer friendly attitude. As it was half an hour before finishing time, I gave her the benefit of the doubt!
